Agnes and Des were married in a beautiful summer wedding ceremony at Stock Brook Country Club, Essex. I've photographed weddings at this wedding venue before but nothing like this. The venue definitely gave a special vibe to the event and being an outdoor wedding, Agnes and Des certainly picked the right location to tie the knot. It’s days like these that I’m reminded of how lucky I am as a wedding photographer.
One of my favourite moments of the day came from photographing Agnes getting ready. Photographing the bride as she prepares for her day is always an exciting way to begin the story.
Stock Brook Country Club was also the perfect place for Des to prepare for his big day. With the groomsmen present, the atmosphere enabled me to capture those fun filled candid moments that will look great in their wedding album.
Agnes arrived for the outdoor wedding ceremony in a vintage Rolls Royce car where Des waiting for his bride. Exchanging their wedding vows under a beautiful summer sky in the presence of family and friends made this a truly exquisite ceremony.
At the end of the service, Agnes and Des shared some photo moments with the guests before proceeding to the wedding reception but not before sneaking off for a few bridal portraits of their own.
Getting married in Summer makes for some fantastic pictures and I made sure to take advantage of the fantastic surroundings. It was lovely to see the sun out on the day and the guests enjoying themselves as they mingled with served canapés and cold drinks.
Later in the evening, after the wedding meal had been served, everyone sat down to listen to the speeches. The moments photographed were worth a thousand words and It was truly a special day.
With the speeches over, everyone took to the dance floor as the DJ played some fantastic tunes.
It was a long time in the planning but Agnes and Des most certainly pulled off a fantastic wedding.
