I had a delightful time photographing the wedding of Dalesta and Mayowa. They chose to get married at Heatherden Hall in Buckinghamshire, close to Pinewood studios. This was the first time I got the chance to visit Heatherden Hall as a wedding photographer, but I really loved working there and I can't wait to photograph another wedding at this venue soon. Wedding photography is a very fulfilling job when working with fun couples in such stylish locations
All wedding stories begin with the bridal prep and Dalesta's story started at The Bull hotel. The small details shot during bridal preparations always creates the foundation of a stylish story.
Dalesta was ecstatic that finally, she could walk down the aisle to marry her soul mate. The ceremony took place amongst family and friends and it was truly delightful to see Dalesta and Mayowa cementing their partnership by exchanging rings and saying their vows.
After the wedding vows and the exchange of rings, Dalesta and Mayowa enjoyed spending quality time with their family and friends where canapés and drinks were served before the wedding reception commenced.
The reception was decorated beautifully and was the perfect spot for the newlyweds to welcome their guests. All the guests were cheerful and you could feel the joyful atmosphere at the reception.
The more Autumn weddings I photograph, the more I enjoy them. The weather was a bit cloudy, making the light very soft, which is lovely for photographs.
Once the wedding meals were finished it was time for the speeches. The guests were invited to retake their seats and wait for the speakers to deliver their speeches. It’s great capturing the speeches as a wedding photographer because it's all about showing the emotions of the wedding party.
Once the evening got going the dance floor was a perfect place for the guests to end the day.
It was a long time in the planning but Dalesta and Mayowa pulled off a breathtaking wedding and I wish them heartfelt congratulations
